Returns and Refunds

Return of a product may be done within 7 days of the purchase for a Full Refund – 15% admin fee, provided the product is returned in original packaging and condition (this excludes hygiene products like commodes, shower chairs, etc., as well as cushions,)

RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY:
2 Weeks Prior: No Cancellation fee
1 Week Prior: 50% Cancellation fee
24 hours Prior: 100% Cancellation fee

Please Note that all Products/Rentals are used at your own risk, and JNN Mobility TA Wheelchairs on the run CPT will not be held responsible for any Loss or damage.

Rental Damage deposit will be refunded after inspection of the device, and Cost of Damages deducted if any, as per a supplied damage report.

Please note there will be a charge of 15% handling fee should there be a cancellation as well as the courier cost to send the product back to the supplier.

All guarantees are provided on a carry-in basis and do not include freight charges.
Our Products carry a 1 Year Guarantee, Batteries 6 months Pro rata Warranty.

Repairs: Full payment must reflect in our bank account before delivery
Repairs: not collected within 3 months, will be donated to a charity of our choice.
